That's what happened to me but it's worth contacting them. They made the 10% adjustment and have despatched my fryer. I used code F4EJ.0

I contacted them too when my frier did not show up, it was sent to me no problems

I used the code on a small order and they sent me my order minus fryer and discount. I asked them if and when my deep fat fryer was coming and they have e-mailed me saying the code was only for existing customers. Are they saying I don't exist?! Admittedly I did register minutes before making this order (my first from kays) but this wasn't mentioned in earlier post's, other new customers had their orders honoured.
Can the op or anyone specify what it said on the original leaflet?0 -
I was a new customer and the fryer didn't appear on my order when I placed it; I rung them and they said they would send it to me, and I emailed them when it didn't arrive with my other stuff.
When I called to chase they said that I was only elegable for 10% as a new customer - I said I wasn't told this when I rang to query it and said I felt the teams should check their facts before giving information in that case. I asked them to take the whole order back as I only placed it to get the fryer and made sure I asked them to pass my email to a manager as I wasn't happy with the different information I was given on the two seperate calls. The fryer arrived the next day and the manager emailed me and said they were sorry for confusion and mixed messages and hoped that wouldn't deter me from using them again and also I was told I could keep the fryer.

I want to get the a storage unit for dvd and cd's there is the same one in Marshall ward and kays, very little difference in price but I am trying to maximise the discounts or any promo offers. I have had a look here but not sure what is the best action plan. Help

Several emails later......
They are now saying I needed to spend £50 or more to qualify for the fryer! Customer service keep replying with emails like;
I can confirm that as a new customer your discount of 10% was applied.
This was in reply to me asking why customer service told 'my friend' on the phone that I qualified! It seems like they aren't actually reading my emails at all. I can't understand how they see their replys as relevant to the questions asked.

Had exactly the same problem as you - the team didn't seem to read my email and replied with some rubbish or other! I replied and asked them to send my email to a manager as I was fed up with mixed messages and not getting anywhere

They have not replied to yesterdays email yet.
Twice I have asked to speak to the manager and twice they have emailed me this;
I can confirm that as a new customer your discount of 10%/20% was applied.
(different % each time)
