What's the stuff thats advertised on tv at the moment? You can paint it on to brighten your teeth?

Beverly Hills smile 'White teeth now' has some good reviews (that's painted on)

That's a Pearl drops product, and it had a thread about it in Health & Beauty Moneysaving on this site.
I'd never heard of it, but I suspected it was a bit like Tippex for teeth.
Those that had experience of it backed up my suspicion that it was crap!
With 4 weeks to go, you've left it a bit late for decent whitening proceedures at your dentist. If yours offers something like Zoom, then that might have an effect if you can get booked in in time, but that can be quite dear. Effective though, especially if backed up by trat & gel afterwards (but that's more expensive still)
I really wouldn't mess about with anything DIY at this stage, or be tempted to go to an illegal beauty salon whitening boutique. You'd not have time to get it fixed if it all went pear shaped.
Go to your dentist for a good clean & polish and you'd be surprised at just what a difference that could make.
Hope the day goes well!
EDIT - Found the thread! http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1608475How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
