Bank account queries !!

Hi all ,
we have recently had to succumb to going with the advice of the cccs to get out of debt , can our bank which is the same bank that our sons bank with touch their accounts to pay our debt.
we are very worried because they have the same address as us .
can anybody help please :eek:

    As far as I am aware they can not touch the money in your sons account as long as the account is in his name, as this would then technically be theft.

    If your son's account is in his name only then the bank can't touch it at all since that is nothing to do with you.
