Argos card holders warning

Thought this merited a mention on here. I got an official looking letter with Argos on the envelope & on the inside (I have an argos card) offering me a free credit report so I can check for identity fraud & all i have to do is sign this pre printed form & send it back to them. If you read the small print it turns out that they will charge almost £80 for some thing called "privacy Guard"

Knowing argos they will probably try and sell a warranty on top to cover any breakdowns of the credit check0
