help for a friend

hello, a friend of mines daughter has been living with a bloke for 3 years, when they got together he owned his own home (he still does) she was renting, he said give your home up and live with me, so she did, they went on to have a child but now he wants them out, her name isnt on any mortgage stuff ect, where does she stand ?

any advice will be passed on, thanks

    She will either need to find private renting or declare herself homeless to the local council.

    Best thing is to go to the CAB.

    She may have a case under the Married Womans Protection Act. Also if it went to Court, the Court would take the intrests of the child into account, and as mad as it may seem give the home to her!

    You dont have to be married to have protection from this Act.
