Has anybody had any experience or heard any reports about this company which has people investing in the buy-to-let property market. A friend has just gone in hook, line and sinker and I am just wondering if I should be concerned? I know there are lots of 'cowboy' operators so I am just interested in peoples knowledge of/experience of Inside Track
Thanks

I went to one of their freebie workshops and was totally put off - the guy running it was brash, arrogant and used high pressure sales tactics to get us to sign up for the hugely expensive workshops. They may or may not be good - but initial impressions were poor. You can get the same things much cheaper (£385 I think) from https://www.bewarethesharks.com.Life is not a dress rehearsal.0

IT is not a company i would deal with. They have been successfully taken to court several times, and lost. and in other cases, they have settled "out of court" just before the court appearances, and make litigants sign gagging orders. by the time you have paid all their fees, you could have put a sizeable deposit down on a house.0

Check out Firstrung.co.uk, the journalist there has gone to these undercover.
All the info from these courses are available free on the net.
Stay well clear. They are a con. If your friend joins up, he will lose a lot of money.0 -
Yeah I've heard bad things about this company too, they offer a free 'workshop' which is not a work shop at all it's pressure sales pitch. Then at the end they ask you to part with around £3,500... and that's just for starters!!
A mate of mine who went said it looked as though they even had a few actors in the audience that rushed up at the end to sign and pay their fee's straight away! Very suspect.
They should appear on the 'Hustlers' programme on the BBC!

Interestingly when I hear the adds on the radio it reminds me of timeshares.
I have considered the workshops, just for a nose, but never got round to it:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
A couple of HPC'ers have been to these....if you do a search on HPC you can find them.
Basically, they're rip-off merchants. (imo of course
) When it comes to thought, some people stop at nothing.........0 -
They espouse much of the good ideas found in the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". A great book, you have to read it. The author made millions from this book and also branched into property seminars like we see here with Inside Track.
The basic premise is borrow, to buy flats off-plan. Remortgage and use "good debt" (money borrowed for leverage) to buy more. Build a portfolio.
Well, you can do this yourself, but IT claim to get you the off-plan properties at bigger discounts.
You can buy cheaper at auction anyhow.
Also the sales staff are... scary. In yer face or what?
It's not that it's a scam. It's more that they are charging for something that you can find from books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, and high pressure sales too.0
