Apparently so. I thought they had quietly been phased out completely, but no. A family member came back from the booty last Saturday with a bag full of Video's!
Be warned though, don't expect to get over a pound per video, or 50p for that matter! The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

tbh honest i was exspecting to to give them away,,if i can get 50p a vid thats better than nothing,,
how much do cds normally go for,all in good knick & current0 -
I think CD albums at a car boot should be priced at £1, CD singles at 50p, videos at 50p and DVDs at £2.0

CDs definitely sell better than videos. Not being ageist or whatever, but it seems to be older people who tend to spend there time looking at all your cds and buying lots of them. The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

Hi we did a car boot and tried to sell videos, hardly sold any. It wasn't worth the effort.0

At our local car boots most videos seem to be 10 or 20p.[STRIKE]CC1: £354.35 / £354.35[/STRIKE]
CC2: £390 / £1475.98
Boiler: £1500 / £2500

Like anything it depends on your luck, and I guess which titles you have. Pretty much everyone I know no longer even has a video player apart from some much older people.0

Bought a huge box of vids for 99p off eBay recently (local pick up), the kids still watch 'em

i just realised something reading that, i have a video player, although i have no idea where it came from and in three years since i bought the house and set up my telly it has never even been plugged in, plus i dont own any videos
why have i got it?? maybe i need to do a car boot:think:,
it's amazing how you can have things in your house you just don't use and forget they are there even though you see them every day..0 -
We still sell loads of videos in our charity shop, for 50p each/3 for £1.You'd get less money than that for them at a car boot,I would think.0
