BT Leave without Line, BT more Trouble than worth

Not only have we had problems with the contract, but now we are left without a phone line at all.
Bt were suppose to be taking our line over from another provider, now they have messed this up so many times its really getting annoying now. We moved to the house on 9th april, and have been trying ever since to get our number accross and having to pay the other company virgin to keep the line active.
We were given yet again another date today, our line is dead and guess what the other line is still with the other provider. How bad does BT ever get!
