Help - Barclays Debit Card Fraud

2 weeks ago I returned home to discover that Barclays had refused to pay my mortgage due to lack of funds. My on-line bank account had been frozen by the fraud dept and I was told that 4 attempts had been made to order goods on line. One to Ryanair had been paid out and this had caused the Direct Debit to bounce. I was told that it would be possible to get an emergancy overdraft by calling into my local branch but when I visited them I was told it was not policy.
Now 2 weeks later I still havn't recieved the fraud forms and have spent over 2 hours on the phone (one hour of which on hold) trying to get through to the correct dept who are apparently having 'technical difficulties. I have phoned the complaints dept and written a very strong email but have had no response beyond the 'we will contact you shortly' letter. I am now getting desperate. Whilst the amount is relatively small, £181.70, it is causing me no end of problems as I live on a very tight budget and without this money Iwill be unable to pay some of my bills this month.
Does anyone have any ideas who I can contact next as I am getting desperate and very frustrated.
Thank you
