ive downloaded a file and its on a dgr file format, anyone know of any easy ways of getting this converted so i can make it a iso file and burn to dvd disk

I don't have an Xbox, so I'm no expert on this at all. But a quick search on Google provided these, which maybe of help to you:
"The dgr just means dagger the release group-you have to use winrar to make the iso."

Winrar is a file compresser/archiver/extractor like WinZip and others.
