ppi reclaim success or not

Hello im new to this so bare with me.After only 5 weeks of being contacted by Alliance and Leicester i have been offered a full refund of my ppi plus interest.Should i accept this offer or am i entitled to some compensation on top?

Hi ,this really depends on your circumstances , they more than likely owe you more , and if your not desperate, you can try to up their offer , take it the ppi was single front loaded, how long to go on loan?
In the letter are they saying full ppi refund , and interest paid to date , or total interest ? because if that is so , and your loan is going to run for some time they havent said they will restructure the total loan as if it never had ppi attached. so you may be paying interest on the ppi .also you need to ask for a statutory 8% as compensation, this is what a court would award you.
