Is this a basic bank account, i.e for people with bad credit?
The reason i asked is a friend at work has a bad credit report and she is looking to open a new bank account.

Barclays Cash Card Account is the basic bank account (http://www.personal.barclays.co.uk/BRC1/jsp/brccontrol?site=pfs&task=homefreegroup&value=12866), not Current Account Plus (i.e. fee paying acount).0
