Debt Management Companies

I have been in contact with a debt management company that charge 15% of the monthly payment you make. At the moment I pay various CC companies £385 a month - this would mean I would pay the debt management company around £58 per month. This would mean £327 would be paying off my debt. I realise this will give me a bad credit rating for a long time but I already am a homeowner. I really don't want credit anymore anyway - is 15 per cent a good deal?
