Reclaim Charges Barclays

Can anyone help me?
I have been told by my bank that they can charge me for Reserve Usage fees on an overdraft. Does anyone bank with Barclays and understand what I am talking about ? Please help me somebody as I am so unsure about it all. Thanks

Get rid of the Barclays Reserve if you can. Barclays will argue that the new charges are fair. Unfortunately they have not been tested in a court so claim them.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
