• Hi seany18 - just to let you know we dont charge £68.50 (prehaps it was a typo) or maby you paid a different broker?

If this is the case that might explain why you havent had anything from us.

Also, many customers do get all there paperwork and there loan, without any issues. If you want me to look at your case and see if I can chase it up e-mail me: directors@mrmoneyuk.com

Many thanks

• Oh help! I paid £ 58.50 today, a very nice friendly woman told me I had been accepted and 100% guranteed a loan, it should be with me in 5 days. In my excitement I paid the fee, then I looked at this forum and now feel very very anxious!
I've paid out my holiday savings to help my 19 year old daughter, which has left me penniless. If this loan is a scam and I lose the £ 58.50 it will break my heart, I also won't be able to afford to get to work next week, apart from not having the spending money for my hard earned holiday. I really believed every word I was told, the woman sounded so genuine. Please don't let this be a scam Mr Money!!! I'll update the forum in 5 days, hopefully with some positive feedback!:o
• Well I've officially had my fill of complete ball axe from the 'Official Company Representative' and from the people in your call centre. I will be making a complaint to the relevant governing bodies and I hope you all burn in hell where you belong. You say that most of your customers have a poor credit credit rating, this stands to reason for why else would you need to get a broker involved, but then to exploit and prey on these people who will mostly already be in financial difficulty is down right disgusting! There is not single word of encouragement from anything I have read on this forum and I think you trying to use the excuse of Seany18 confusing yourselves with another broker proves that you're just trying to cover yourself. I think enough people have the same complaint (myself included) to see it's not a different company. It just proves how horrible people really can be, it's an obvious way to make a quick buck by targetting people in a place that will hurt them most, financially. Your company should be shut down and people put in jail. Disgraceful.

If anybody has read this far down the forum and STILL is undecided, please DON"T DO IT! You'll save yourself, time, effort, anger and money!

Seany18 - Web Address is WWW.MRMONEYUK.COM. Telephone and contacts on the site.

Feel free to retort Mr Representative, but you will only be repeating yourself and unfortunately, I hardly believe a word you've said.
• Hi Daridius - if you want me to look at your case and investigate what has happened please e-mail me your details:

The simple advice is "Do not pay brokers a fee. They get paid hansomely by the lender for doing their job when you take out the loan".

There are plenty of brokers who will not charge you.

You say you were previously working for a broker then you should know that some broker's are independent which means they have no loyalty to a particular lender. Think about it, if a broker isnt charging a fee this means theyre obviously getting paid somewhere else down the line. so they will just send people to a lender they have an agreement with for commission( which isnt going to give you the best possible loan). Pay a broker, but only after you have recieved your loan. never pay fees upfront. All in all it is best to go with a broker who doesnt chare their fee untill you've got the loan sitting in your bank account
• and once again surprise surprise still no post from MR MONEY !!!!!
