Experian.co.uk

Firstly Hi, my first ever post, so I hope this in the right forum as well.

I joined up to view my credit report with experian.co.uk as I was curious, plus I wanted to apply for a Virgin Credit Card to help clear my other credit cards.

Anyway, since joining I have been unable to view my credit report as it says the systems are being updated.

A friend of mine says it was like that a while back so he cancelled his subscription with them.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem as it is frustrating, after paying my money, not to receive one of the main functions of the website.

In the meantime I have looked at my report at equifax and have applied and been accepted for my new Virgin card, but would still like to know what is going on.

Finally I must say the site is excellent, with lots of sound advice and tips.

    Hello welcome 'Onboard'

Getting another credit card is just simply digging another hole whilst filling 2 more in?

The best way would be to just pay off the remaining cards etc and have a clean slate?

What will Virgin do that has not been done before..hm?

Iv'e never had a credit card in my life, Everything is dealt with by cash.

    It's quite simple really?

    Good Luck Anyway.

Offer the OP 16 months of interest-free time in which to pay off his transferred debts perhaps?

stoozing---it can earn you some money, you know.
credit cards are not only about debt but they can make money for you. having said that we do need people who cannot manage debts, to pay the interest so the rest of us can stooze.
