Accident Insurance for Bikers

I have for several years been paying a small monthly sum to Swinton for a policy which covers me in case of an accident. I got it when I started riding my motorbike a bit more thinking it would help the missus if I croaked whilst on the bike.
But I've just noticed it doesnt cover for doing daft things like riding a bike.
Do policies exist for this ?
