All the score means is that experian have generated a lower random number this time. I'm currently generating random credit scores for an optional payment of £4 less than what experian charge

Just rang the set of useless jokers to be informed that i haven't been refunded the £12 charge, so the bloke i spoke too lied to me earlier. I've just got off the phone to some utter joke who kept tripping herself up with the lies she was talking. Appartently she said they never recieved the mandate and it will have been losted in the post because we do inform you if the bank send out new details.

She also said they delete bank details from the system after the direct debit get's returned unpaid after the first time! Hard to believe

I will continue to hassle these scumbags while paying my outstanding balance of £117, then i will cut the card up and leave it

Call centre staff Argos employ are not worthy of employment, lies,lies and more lies.

It has no effect and i've explained this in detail in other posts...... please ignore this score. Tell you what, i'll do it now for you - ermmmm I pluck the number 734 from thin air - thats your new score :rotfl:

Don't telephone - do it in writing. You have a copy of all correspondance then for future complaint use. Demand ALL response in writing.

You can always use the score generator on my website to do the same thing (yes OK I admit it all it does is pick a random number between 1 and 999 but that is all the CRAs do right???)
