It's our 10th wedding anniversary too next year!
Anyhoo, First Choice Holiday Village Red Sea looks great. Great price too. Must tell hubby when he gets home. Looks family friendly and is all inclusive.

You should get on to tripadvisor. I regularly post on there. I am going to Sharm this year, but staying at the Reef Oasis. I haven't got kids, but can tell what they like. I went and had a look at the Holiday Village in December, was only a quick scoot around. There are loads of people on the Sharm forum of Trip Advisor who have been and can tell you more about it but for kids it has:
Kids clubs - all run by UK staff
    Slide pool
    High ropes activity course
    Beach front
    Evening entertainment for them
    Evening kids clubs for them
    Activities like raft building etc
All on one complex, so nice and secure they can do their own thing.

For you 2 it has an adults only bar on the roof, so if they were at the kids club you could spend some time together.
As well as the buffet restaurant, it has chinese, indian and another restaurant, then on the beach an adults only seafood restaurant.
A few different bars etc all part of all inclusive.

Plus it has a jetty so you can go snorkelling at the hotels own reef.

Very family friendly and looks fab for kids, yet has some adult only areas. Really do recommend getting over to trip advisor.

Like I say I had a look, and remember so much cos I thought it was pretty cool. Oh also they have some rooms which are swim up or have a jacuzzi on the balcony if you fancy some thing a bit special!!
Is a sufferer of SAD, so don't blame me, blame the depressing English weather!!!
