Excel Formatting Time

Hey, quick question. I want to format a load of cells by time (duration). Ie, a movie lasted 3 hours 23 minutes and 12 seconds. But in the form of 03:23:12.
All I can find though are DateTime formula's which I don't want as it's formatting the above in the form of a time (ie 3:23.12pm).
Can anyone help?

Goto format cells and chose custom. You should see hh:mm:ss
Or [h]:mm:ss looks a bit neater.

Ah yeah saw that, but it changed my data to a different value.
