Need MPPI or PPI - Employed with new company start up

Hi All
I need to take out a policy which covers me for approx £1100 a month to cover my mortgage and other loans and everyday expenditure.
The company I work went into liquidation, and restarted up the next day under a new name, keep the majority of our clients, so basically the same job but under a new name, but I was officially made redundant in the process.
Can anyone recommend a policy which will take me on? Or will I have to wait etc.
I need to get this sorted this week, as i am a bit nervouse about the future. I have been in continouse employment for the last 10 years. Thank you in advance.
