Can anyone help me please. Last year I applied for ppi back on my credit card. I received a final letter back basically saying no. Have I left it too late to go the the FOS or do I have to start all over again by sending letters to lloyds. I, really stuck and don,t know what to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

If it is more than 6 months since the complaint then yes you need to start with a letter to the bank. Then its FOS in 8 weeks or when they give a final response. Can anyone help me please.
