problem changing paypal name

a few years ago my ex was added to my bank account.he registered on ebay and paypal in his name which i knew about and was fine with.
the problem is that we split and i cant get his name off my paypal account and into mine .i need to do this as its linked with my bank account and all monies come out of it.
his name was removed off my bank account and ive changed the name to mine on ebay but it wont let me do it with paypal.so at the mo the parcels that i buy are coming out of my bank which is fine but if the seller looks at the paypal order when they post which most of them do ,then the parcels have his name on.if they go by the ebay details then its my name.
anyone got some advice please.

I have tried to change my name (got married) In Paypal and can't find a way to do it.
So sometimes I get parcels in married name, sometimes in Maiden.

You could close the paypal account (edit profile, close account) and then create another one with the correct details and link it to your ebay account again.
Of course you would have to go through the verification process all over again, which could slow down your ebaying for a couple of weeks.

i guess il have to do that.i wish he had done it in my name now but you can never tell whats going to happen in the future!.
