c1 vibe door lock problems, anyone else?

Last august i bought a 10month old c1 vibe , everything ok until january this year.
unlocking the door & getting the key out was getting harder so i used a bit of wd40, but still had probs ( i work in the community so in & out of the car alot).
So i took it back to dealer, they cleaned out the lock & sent me on my way, after this happening three times they decided to change the lock. But all they did was take lock from passenger door & put on drivers side. I realised what they had done when i got home, so i rang up & they said the wrong lock had been sent so they had swapped locks until new lock was sent. Now this was the FIFTH time the car went back (for a simple lock! gods know what they would do with an engine?) this time they came & collected it & changed the lock, when the car came back they only went & changed the good lock! so i've still got knackered lock on the passenger side!. But i left it.
Now this morning the new lock on drivers side is playing up exactly like before & i would like to know if anyone else has the same problems ?
Also the exhaust come off 2 weeks ago, this time i took it to my friend & he said there was no bracket to hold the exhaust up & all the weight was on the pipe & thats why the pipe cracked! :mad:
