Help

:confused:Please could someone recommend a company who can help me with my bank charges under finanical hardship.
I have tried myself and it didnt work the branch told me they knew nothing about it. Despite my friend having a template from the natwest for finanical hardship.
Its all getting my down a bit so i would prefer to pass it on.

Thanks

NatWest should be easy so I will try and post the process in one post.

Step 1 is to get the amount you have been charged.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/bank-charges-hardship
    this guide is on hardship.
You need to send a Subject Access Request here:
    Data Protection Manager
    Regulatory Risk
    2nd Floor
    Business House B
    Goggarburn
    PO Box 1000
    Edinburgh

Step 2 is add up the charges and I would include a Common Financial Statement(link is below)

Include Priority Debt Arears letters(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities) with the letter to this address
    Customer Service Response Unit

    60 South Gyle Crescent

Additional info: If you are unsure what to claim, I wrote a handy guide(and my username is the same as it is here).:
