Chamone,
I have the same problem regarding the cancellation of my David Lloyd memebership. I payed membership in full annually & then stung with a 3 month penalty when I tried to cancel following significant increase on the previous year membership fees. Could you post a copy of the letter you sent to your club so I can use the same letter to fight my case.
