No Refund From Paypal

Hi

Almost 4 years ago (yes that long) I won an item, paid straight away, then the seller was suspended from Ebay, although I didnt find this out till a few days later, I got in contact with other buyers who bought the same item from the same seller and they all replied saying that they had all received the item, apart from me, so I contacted Paypal to open a dispute, it went on for a few weeks in the end they found in my favour, but couldnt recover any funds from the seller to refund me and said that they are working with the seller to get the funds.

After a while I forgot all about this, until today when im having a look through Paypal and notice that its still there, it says case closed but also says this

Status

We were able to recover £0.00 GBP from the seller and processed a refund to you.
What happens next
We're working with the seller to recover the rest of your refund. We'll let you know when the seller is able to full refund your payment.
If you've resolved this problem, you can cancel this claim anytime.

Can I get onto Paypal about this or should I just leave it as it is?

I thought paypal refunded if there was money in the sellers account or not, or is this a new development?

Thanks

Yes :) If this hadn't happened so long ago you'd probably have got a refund.
