It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I have woken up with a stuffy head this morning too and I have Jess off school with a temperature :( and she threw up yesterday afternoon too!

Is Ryan snuggled up on the sofa too?

I'm still using mine, which for someone who has more or less every piece of exercise equipment available, is quite an achievement. It has no washing hanging from it or anything :D

I hope the headache soon clears hun xx

Snaggs, hope Ryan is soon better.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Yes, Ryan's snuggled on the sofa Linda - he did just say to me that he is having to play his DS because it's the only thing that makes him feel a bit better! :rotfl: Bless the little monkey!

Yes, it's just a medicinal session on the DS.
