Boots expert dry shampoo is the best I've tried, and is cheaper than batiste.
I used to wear a bra with removable pads to th festivals back in the day, take the pads out and put folded up money and toilet roll in there, safe and hands free!
For smokers, another festival essential has got to be ciggies, they used to be people walking round the campsite selling 20 L&B for £5 - And that was 11 years ago!! They're probably £20 a pack now!
Let us know what you put in there in the end, it's a really good, quirky gift idea*** PROPHECY_GRRL****** DEBT FREE AS OF 17/10/11 - I DID IT!!! ***0 -

It would be nice to get your sister or yourself to give these ideas feedback - maybe she could post something on how well it all went and what was useful?............... Have you ever wondered what

Have got quite a few bits for her so far including - towels, flannel, sunglasses case, antibacterial hand gel, small pack of antibacterial wipes, toilet seat covers, mouth freshener spray, plasters, paracetamol, socks, knickers and deodorant.
Need to get the bin bags, dry shampoo, cereal bars, sun cream, after sun and any other bits I see.
It's her birthday in July so I'm going to use the towels to make a towel cake and put everything inside it.
I really appreciate everyone taking the time to give me lots of ideas. Will take a pic once it's done and will keep you updated on what she thought of it and how useful the things were.

don't know if these have been posted but a dynamo torch would be great no need to worry about batteries and a multi tool tin opener. lost count of the number of ppl(guilty of it myself)that bring bottled beers and tinned foods and no tin opener, tie imposible knots in trousers/shoes and need cut out lol:rotfl: baby nappy bags have been usefull to me in the past for sick bags water tight bags storing toiletroll and rubbish tieing round guy lines and my biggest use for them is storing OH socks lol.
also you could look into a shee wee/male equiv the thought makes me cringe but if their are ques or problems with the loos you may be thanked.slowly going nuts at the world:T0 -
Hi, I love festivals and always forget something each year, this year I bought a kit from 4kits.co.uk, the good thing is all the extra's you can add. They've loads of stuff I hadn't thought of, and this is my 6th year of festivals! Hope she has a great time!0

if there will drinking involved ibuprofen will be kinder of then body then parcetamol (alcohol and parcetamol both harm the liver, it might be better concentrating on one thing at a time) also re-hydration tablets would alos be good.

I've just bought 2 Festival Kits from 4kits .co.uk for my girlfriend & me and they're brilliant!!!! - we're off to Leeds Festival this year. They've got everything in that you'd need... and some that we hadn't thoguht of (Retro Tent Air-Freshener??? aparently we'll need that for my beer f4rts in the tent) - and we're old-timers at this Festival malarky.
It's got about 30 defferent products in - all travel size stuff. I'm going back for their extras. My lass says I should've got her the gel Hand Warmers and I want a Microfibre Towel as I'll be a sweaty mess in a tent.
Thumbs up for 4kits - we've got everything we need for the whole weekend in 1 bag.
Happy Festival Season everyone!:beer:0
