Natty I have loads of hangers if you want them 'acquired' some more from Matalan at the w/e although you don't want to know how many more :eek:

Set the WM going and unloaded the DW, washed a load of plastic ready to go to recycling later now about to set to putting our new purchases away.

Dusty I have played that clip about 10 times already, it is SO quick! Will have to give that a go, could be my party trick 'I'm AnW'sMum and I can fold a t-shirt in 2 seconds' :rotfl: :rotfl:

AnW's Mum it certainly is fast!!! i had lots of stop / replay steps to do until i sussed it :rotfl: - the only tricky bit is to 'guess' the half of the t shirt; or maybe do an extra fold up to find the half :rolleyes: - deffo needs more practicing

well, LR is tidy, playroom is tidy :T
bags are all unpacked and things actually put away :j:D

next will be washing and kitchen surfaces ....

preparing clothes for the next day,
swish & swipes of the kitchen and tidying the living room


Measly Monday - Living room, hall, stairs and porch!
Level One
Declutter ALL the floors!!
Level Two
Vacuum/sweep all the floors.. stairs too!
Vacuum/sweep under furniture you can safely move!
Level Three
Polish any glass.. pictures/mirrors etc
Wash any soft furnishings that need it
Wipe down ALL the paintwork!



Extras

1. Dust all the electricals.. carefully.. don't want any frazzled flybodies
2. Binbag dance
3. HHI

I wasn't very successful, spent the last 10 mins looking for the main attatchment for the hoover, why I don't leave it on the hook thingy on the hoover, I don't know?
Will have to use the normal one (I like the hard floor one), and I THINK that one is upstairs??????

Will be doing HHI at 10:30, really want to get the list done today....

Tooch I spent most of it at the shops cause the gas had run out so needed some more for hot water so I could finish the s&S in kitchen, all done now tho and a few 'shop/out' related jobs done too.

Thanks quillion and pigpen. I hope you are feeling better soon pigpen toots and lil_me and anyone else who is poorly. I haven't read through posts yet. And I am still in bed. I will get up and as I have got the vacuum upstairs I will try to clean four bedroom floors. Living room was done yesterday but I will wizz round with a duster as I have a relative coming to visit today!!

Well in my half hour I washed all the bits that hubby managed to use before work, plus mugs and cat/dog bowls. Also sorted out the dead flowers from the decent ones, trimmed them and put them in a smaller vase with fresh water. I swept up the kitchen floor, wiped over the hob. Put the eggs on to boil for my salad at lunch time, and washed the rhubarb. Oh and I also decanted the oil into the oil bottle thingy.

I'm now going to have a late breakfast and a cup of tea.

• Make up rhubarb crumble for pudding tonight

• Compost dead flowers in living room
• Put netting around pea plants, inbetween showers
• Package up knitting
• Post knitting to ????
• Find out where to post, and to whom, knitting.
• Buy compost
