Hi
5 years ago we moved house and took out new home and bricks and mortor insurance and I have just discovered that I am still paying bricks & mortor insurance on my previous property and have been ever since we have moved. I have phoned my bank (Abbey National) and they have made me an offer of 300 pound repayment when I estimate it to be well over £1000, are they legally bound to repay the excess money they have been taking out of my account or do I have a case to claim it back
many thanks to those who can help me
