Barclays bank account 0% overdraft

I keep seeing this in the Newspapers best buy tables.....is it right???

via Branch will be quicker, naturally, as you take ID etc in with you and this cuts out days in postage!

Barlcays wont even let me apply online or on the phone

I have to go into a branch-I think this is because I do not use the account on a regular basis!

has anyone actually applied for this account recently???.....and got the 0% overdraft???...do they match your current overdraft? (2400 with A & L)
