If I start iTunes from my computer account, the iTunes store window comes up almost immediately and I can navigate around the store. Similarly with my wife's computer account (who also does not use iTunes). However, in both my children's accounts, who do use iTunes, the iTunes store window takes ages to come up, and when it does, you can click on anything you like, but nothing happens.
Any ideas? Thanks.

No-one else have this problem then?
Logging in to their account via the iTunes website seems to get the iStore working in the iTunes application, but not logging in via iTunes

Don't use itunes myself (have used app in past but not the store).
Your best bet is to contact itunes support I think.
you might want to see if your wife can do what you can under your account.
Your kids account might have age restrictions maybe? Just a thought.0 -

could be something to do with restrictions on your kids accounts. Are all the accounts administrator accounts or just your wife and yours??
try making the kids account admin level and see if it loads any faster0 -
Only my account has admin privileges. Did have parental controls on kids accounts, but took them off as it slowed their internet access down so much (good way of deterring them from spending too much time on it though!).Charlie0
