Hi
I have just won an item on ebay. I emailed the seller to see if my oh could pay on collection and collect it tomorrow evening. The seller has replied saying that he put the listing on in a hurry and meant to put a reserve on. He had a start price and a buy it now price, there were 2 bids placed altogether. The seller now wants to cancel the listing. I have told him I placed my bid in good faith and I want the item that I won, where do I stand now.
thanks

Thats naughty what they have done but what can you do if they refuse to sell, you can report to ebay and leave negative feedback, or maybe try to agree on a better price but not sure what else you can do as the item is with them. email ebay for advise but i find them useless really, good luck0 -
You should raise a dispute for a non perfoming seller from paypal that may get their attentionNeeding to lose weight start date 26 December 2011 current loss 60 pound Down. Lots more to go to get into my size 6 jeans0

You should pay for it with Paypal (so that they don't open a non paying buyer dispute), ask again when you can collect it, then if they don't agree to a date, open a non performing seller dispute.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
