what do you know about voluntary redundancy payments being drip feed over a year after being made redundant

no his last day is 22nd may payments will be over 12 months no lump sum0

sounds like the company cannot afford the redundnacy package to me. I would refuse and force them to go down the compulsory route with a lump sum. Otherwise that's a whole year beforeyou can move on mentally.
