Hello, My girlfriend's parents had planned on visiting us in London from Germany this coming weekend and had booked 4 nights in the Hilton in Islington. No harm in trying to get something out of Hilton on a goodwill basis, but really this is exactly the sort of case which shows the need for travel insurance.
