You have more things included, I would register for as much as I can, as you are paying for it. You have mobile insurance (2 mobiles if it is a joint account), I would get that sorted out, you need to give them the details of your phone, but you can do it online or in branch now.
You also have included 1 extra year warranty in any electrical item (up to 6): laptop, fridge, whatever, as long as you register it within 90 days of purchase and costs between 75 and 2000 pounds.
If you are going on holidays, and you haven't bought it yet, you get at the moment 100 pounds discount in Thomas & Cook (temporary offer), and a further 10% discount.
You also have car breakdown cover, including start from your home. You don't need to register it, as far as I know, and you can use it as long as you are in that car in the moment of the event or it is your car.

You can get a copy of your Travel Insurance exclusions and etc in their website:
    http://www.natwest.com/microsites/personal/advantage_gold/index.asp
Just go to "Protection" and then "Travel".
The rest of the benefits are explained there as well.
