I won £4000, on the itv colour of money competition
dated 28/03/09 but i am having difficulty getting the money.Has
anyone else had the same problem?

what I suggest you do now is look at velvet Gloves competition guide and she has an isp address for Edwin Mutton as he chases up lost prizes,I had to use him once and also used ASA too when a prize I won didnt come and the ASA chased up my prize and finally got it.Hope you hear something soon.

The Institute of Sales Promotions [EMAIL="complaints@isp.org.uk"]complaints@isp.org.uk[/EMAIL] lay down the guidelines which comp organisors must follow. MSE Compers have reported that they are very good at investigating dodgy comps & missing prizes with one chap in particular [EMAIL="edwinm@isp.org.uk"]Edwin Mutton[/EMAIL], being an absolute star.

I'm pretty sure ITV are usually quite good at paying winnings.. although dont quote me on that as I've never won with them.

if you haven't contacted them then i suggest you try that first before going down the isp route, when i won with itv i think it was between 4-6 weeks til i got my cheque, so it could easily be on the way, fingers crossed the cheque turns up anyday now x

A friend of mine won with golden balls (from mse) and got her cheque in 5 days but i won with This morning on 27/04/09 and haven't got my money/prizes yet either. I was given a contact for someone at ITV to call if i had any questions or problems, if you want the number i can give it to you, just let me know.

I won with This Morning and it took about 2 weeks to arrive, so timings are differeing slighty but you do seem to have been waiting a while. I would do as Tulip suggests - she's very wise.

Out of curiosity - did you enter via this site?

I won golden balls, i got my cheque within a week. Then i got a phone call from someone 2 weeks later to see if id recieved it.

I won with ITV a month ago and my prize is a holiday to Orlando. I was then contacted by another person from ITV who told me I would hear directly from Universal in America within 2 weeks and it would be a prize pack in the post. It is now 2 1/2 weeks, so I contacted the man at ITV today who said he would chase them. He has not called me back yet.

Have you heard anything yet?

I had a call from Charlotte from ITV this evening checking whether I had heard from the organiser about my Orlando ITV win.

My husband took the call on my mobile as I was on the other line. When he said it was ITV, we both thought for a second that had won something else - maybe my spending money for Florida!
