Hi
Last month i won something on ebay. after a week it hadnt turned up so i emailed seller who said they had sent it via standard post the following day.
Well 3 weeks after the date the seller claims to post still nothing so ive contacted seller who asked me to contact the local post office depot check its not there, its not, it will have been a month soon since i paid.
When should i open a dispute with paypal? The seller has said they wont refund till RM does.

The seller will have the proof of posting; the seller can make the claim. However, they need to refund you - that's how its supposed to work!Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -
I agree with the others, open a dispute now, you only get 45 days before you get timed out anyway and that is before any claim between your seller and RM will be processed.
