Painting/Sealing Concrete Garage Floor

Have a double garage which is only occasionly used to store the cars. Just got the usual tools/lawnmower and a bit of gym stuff in there at the moment. House is just over a year old, and no matter how much I sweep concrete dust is doing my head in. Therefore planning to seal and paint it. Just had a quick look on the homebase and B&Q website, and it looks like International do a decent range of concrete sealers and quick drying paints. I assume these will still be ok to park the car on? Just wondering if anyone who has recently painted their floor has any helpful tips/advice? For example, how strict are the usage quantity guides on the side of the tins. My garage is 31m2, - 2,5l will do 30m2 and 5l will do 60m2.

International is the way to go. Does as it says on the tin. Wickes own isn't too bad either. However they all wear after time.

Used Wicks paint two years ago .
Its a large double garage , but we only park one car within. Rest of the room is storage,
    my DIY area etc .
The only wear and tear is the places were the tyres come to rest :rolleyes:
Paint to cope with warm rubber needs to be better than the wicks variety

I am also wanting to do something with my garage floor mainly to keep dust down. Will just sealing it do the job?
I have been googling the subject and some people have bad experiences with paint coming up soon after applying.

If its a single garage . you will know where the tyre 'tracks' are.
So my advice would seal and paint OR just seal the rest of the floor, this will keep 90% of the dust down .

As I use the rest of the garage space, it does make sweeping the floor so much easier.
So even with the problem I've had , will repaint when required .

Rustoleum Floor paint, brilliant. Resellers all over the place, search mathy;s suppliers. tHIS IS INDUSTRIAL QUALITY so expect to pay a bit more than DIY
