I dunno whether I should suggest this (perhaps it belongs on the referrers board). But if you refer a friend to the service then there's a five pound bounty. Perhaps some of us should get together to refer each other and share the proceeds?

02 pay and go doesn not work. I had to use a friends phone.

My nano is at home though, don't go there until Thursday and I've sold my old Creative Zen. Arrrrggghh, 3 more days without an mp3 player!

my phone is not on the list do they take long to reply? has anyone had to do this?
  • I had a few teething problems getting my Ipod, in fact I had to order it twice because the reporo software would not accept my Amex card security number (4 digits instead of the usual 3). They (reporo) have fixed the software now as a result of my problems.

I have to say that both reporo and think4 - who are the partner company selling the iPods, were excellent in their customer service. The various people I spoke to were very friendly, so if they read this my thanks to Neil at reporo and Alain at Think4.

tummy_tank, if you have any problems with replies then give reporo a call - pm me if you can't find their number. Usually they will reply to your email within a couple of hours. They usually send an automatic email acknowledging your query and that email will contain a link that you should click on which will contain your query and their response when posted. HTH

Might order one when I get home (I would have looked now but I'm on O2 PAYG so need to dig out a freebie SIM :D)

But can I tell them to deliver to an alternative address? Moved house and have yet to update with HSBC (For many reasons) so would need to get the item delivered to my new address.

Had an iPod before and got bored of it, although then again I was broke at the time and it was £250 just sitting there :D

Yep, that shouldn't be a problem as it lets you enter an alternative delivery address.

Anyone still considering going for these - the new models are rumoured to be released this month. Might be worth waiting...

Though at this price you shouldn't lose too much if you decide to sell up.

They're 'rumoured to be released' every minute of every day :D

And besides, even if they are introduced they are likely to be the 'proper' video models (With a possibly larger screen and so on). I would rather use my PSP for video playback :)

I think your first order has to go to the cardholder address, that's why I had to get mine sent to my home address. You could just try putting in your new address as your card address, it worked for me on ebuyer.com.
