I'm really annoyed as my ipod has crashed, i can't charge it, turn it on, wont appear when i connect to itunes, anyone have any ideas why?

Probably needs a reset. Quite common for a new Ipod.

Hold menu and select buttons until the apple icon appears.
Reset instructions will be in the manual somewhere.

I know to use Reporo is free but can anyone give some examples of what the nominal fee for downloading it is from the service provider (eg O2) and how much it costs to (ie. per min) search. Was on there for quite a while and now dreading my bill. Was going to refer my friends so was wondering if anyone had cost ideas

Cost depends on your tariff, quite a few 02 plans include 1mb of GPRS data in which case you have nothing to worry about. Also with GPRS it's not how long you are connected but on how much data transfer is going on.

In the T&Cs it said the offer would finish on the 8th, but I guess there's no harm in trying as it's still on the website.

I never heard anything for my order either. Time seems to depend on stock... some people's arrived within a day or two, mine took nearly a week.

I have just had an email to say my iPod has been shipped, so I hope I will get it tomorrow before the easter break.
