ash123 do you have one of the freebie sims lying around? Someone suggested trying to do a sim swap..well worth it imho!

I just tried to sign up, but had already registered with CD-Wow...

However...

I re-registered with my wife's details / phone no and switched her SIM to my phone (her's doesn't have WAP / GPRS). She also only has an older T-mobile account which isn't registered for WAP/GPRS. So I connected my mobile to the internet via my home wi-fi connection. I then went to the txt, clicked on the link and got the software download. Following the instructions the site allowed me to place an order for the 30Gb iPod.

Thanks for everyone's guidance on this.



PS - will let you know if this works when (if) it gets here!

have tried to order it 3 times, with different cards etc, i am keep getting this error message e-mail from Think4: -

"Subject: Reporo failure - incorrect billing details"

Any idea why that is please??

The only time I have seen incorrect billing details is if your delivery address isn't matching your payment card address; they usually have to match for the first order. Have you tried their online FAQ's?

Price has gone up to £174.99 for the 30GB video iPod and £149.99 for the 4GB nano.

Bit cheeky of them, as they have previously said that the offer won't change until June at the earliest. But to be fair, the previous offer has been around for a long time now (around 2 months).
