    Hi

Check out my recent post called A & L card.
They gave me another 6 months 0%, because i cleared card (transferred to another), and basically they wanted my debt back!!!! :rotfl:

2 months ago, Halifax dropped my rate to 6.9% life of balance, when i asked.

Keep at them, be nice and hopefully they will be nice back! :D

My advice - don't close your cleared cards straight away. We missed 2.9% on my OH's Abbey card. Our cancellation letter crossed in the post with their new promotion after we have got to zero balance.

We live and learn. Need to start thinking like a crafty money grabbing bank!!!! :rotfl:
    What's he building in there???
Debt at highest £30,450 (Dec 05)
    Debt at lowest £9, 113 (Jul 07)
How much did we over spend whilst on maternity leave
