DAB MP3 player

My handheld DAB radio is on the way out and is rapidly being followed by my Zen MP3. I thought that I'd comfort spend and treat myself to a combined one, I've managed to find 2 models that fit the bill.

Would anyone care to suggest which one may be the better model please ?
Unfortunatrly the technical spec doesn't mean a great deal to me
Finally, a friend of mine will be returning from the states in a couple of weeks time and I was wondering if they use the same system of DAB over there that they do over here. If so, I'm sure that if it's cheaper over there, he would buy himself one and lend it to me now and again
Anyone know if one bought over there would work over here (DAB-wise) please ?
