Nice hotels?

Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a nice 2 or 3 star hotel in Nice? We would like to stay in or within walking distance to the Old Town.

There are 1 single and 2 couples on this trip.. 3 days from 10th April til 13th April.

We would like to keep the costs below £55 a night.

thanks

https://www.hotelconnect.co.uk often have offers on Nice hotels. Don't book a cheap one near the railway station, it is not good at night.

Also have a browse at https://www.choicehotels.com they have a few hotels in Nice.

I stayed at http://www.gounod-nice.com/ a few years back, was fine - easy walk to front, market and Railway station

I recommend doing a search on https://www.venere.com - very good website.

I stayed at "Albert Premier". I booked through venere.com. It's easy walking distance to the old town and with a sea view.

Take a look on https://www.tripadvisor.com where they rank the hotels based on user reviews. There is one in the top 10 which is a simple 2 star place call ed the Hotel Regence. A great location, cheap, and highly recommended by people who have stayed there. When I went to Nice last year, I DIDNT stay there ... wish I had now cos I walked past it ... the location was perfect. Right in the heart of the town, easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only downer being that its a good 20-30min walk from the station.

Once you decide which hotel you like, use https://www.hotelscomparison.com to get the best prices from all the sites that others have recommended on this post.
