Brought Vouchers on Gumtree

Two Weeks ago I brouhght £1300 of holiday vouchers on gumtree. I sent the person the money through bill payment and he said he would deliever them recorded delivery next day. However i have not received these as yet and after 2emails have not heard anything back, is there anyway of getting my money back or reporting this?? Ive got all his bank details etc so should be able to track him down??

1st thing to do is phone your bank and try and cancel the transaction. It will be hard to get your money back though. Why didn't you pay in cash? There is a notice at the top of every gumtree page saying DON'T Pay electronically and trade face to face only.The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

If you sent a bank transfer two weeks ago it has already cleared against fraud and can not be recalled. They are conpletely non reversible.
