    Snaggs, I bet if you sat Ryan down he would think you are an amazing mum. I think that head was just playing his trump card ~ words cant hurt you because you are a strong single woman so he had to resort to childish behaviour. Any person from SS will know that he is just being an !!!!. Please dont dwell on it...

    hello my lovely friends, thanks for thinking about me:)
    Been girlie shopping with DD and my Mum, spent too much but got some absolute bargains. I love Street Outlet place (might have to take Maz there when she comes down!) Joules have a shop there and they do all there current stuff, seconds and samples..got DD 2 lovely sweatshirts £7 & £12 which in the catalogue are £24 and £26 so very chuffed!

    DH has pee d off out again (he didn't want to come shopping) and sent me a text to say he was going to watch the Bike with some friends...pah

    My left leg really aches all the way down, I thought I'd strained a muscle or something last weekend but yesterday I discovered a lump at the top in my groin:mad:

    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Yes.
    It's only on one side but it's fairly big and hard, I can feel it when I'm sat down.
    haven't been able to train since last Saturday.

    Ooh, Sally, where is that outlet place? I love Joules stuff, but it's sooo expensive!
    Back from spending the day looking at (literally) thousands of Minis....and being conned out of money for magazines/models/dvds/ice cream etc.....but we did have a nice Harry Ramsdens lunch.......and the rain kept away...
    Debt-free...and staying that way...

    If it's any consolation, my training has been pants lately. I need to be running at least 4 times a week and at the rate I'm going, I shall be walking the 10k in Leeds.
