Monarch posting out tickets

Has anyone else had problems with Monarch posting their tickets out? This time next week we will be sitting on the plane but we have no tickets yet. According to Monarch our tickets were posted in the last week of April but we have a large party on the plane (around 15 people and four separate bookings) and no one has received tickets. Now we are going to have to collect them from the airport which means we will have to get to the airport even earlier before the flight. (they say get there an hour before check in opens to get the tickets!)

Make sure they dont charge you for collecting them from the airport, can prove expensive

I take it you are on a Monarch charter flight then, as their scheduled routes are ticketless. It does happen from time to time, the holiday companies post out thousands of tickets each week, i imagine the sorting centre's near the trave firms HQ's get a battering!! Its happened to me with Thomson before.

Collecting at the airport is no problem at all; they won't charge you as its not your fault. Yes it means getting there a little earlier, I personally wouldn't say an hour, but that depends on how many people will be collecting from the specific desk and if there will be a long queue. Best to be safe than sorry.
