Hello everyone,
in the process of selling the house, my husband and i will split the money when sold i think i should get around 60 to 65 thou wen all sorted i live in rented accomadation, And would not be able to afford to buy again, will i have to pay cgt on this money!!!!!!! What can i do WORRIED!!!!!

Hi and thanks for the post.
Totally understand your situation, been there myself a few years age.
As long as the money is coming from the sale of your main residence then you will have no tax liability at all.
